I had missed the warmth of the sun touching my skin. I am eager to step outside and drink in some Vitamin D. There is something incredibly uplifting and energizing about the sun, especially after a long streak of overcast days. It has a way of lifting your mood. It brightens your perspective and reminds you to slow down. Be grateful for the little joys.

One of my absolute favorite things to do, hands down, is attend events that revolve around food.
