-1 1/2 Tablespoons Candied Fennel Seeds
-2 Tablespoons White Sugar
-1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
-1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
-3 Tablespoons Milk
-1/2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
-Pinch of Salt
Method
Mix the dry Ingredients (All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Pinch of Salt) in a small bowl
-Add the wet ingredients (Milk and Melted Butter)
-Whisk the Batter mixture until smooth. Stir in the 1 1/2 Tablespoon Candied Fennel Seeds. Add the Candied Fennel Seeds
-Cook in the Microwave for 1 minute or until the cake looks like it is done. Take it from the Microwave and let it cool before serving
