No BAKE Peanut Butter Oats Cookies

These no bake peanut butter oats cookies are loaded with sweet-salty peanut butter and chewy oats, these very delicious cookies are perfect for when you’re craving dessert but don’t have the time or patience to wait for your oven to preheat. With very few ingredients you have a yummy dessert without the hustle of using to many utensils or worrying about getting everything at once. You MUST let the mixture boil! it's necessary as boiling the sugar mixture will make sure that cookies set up properly and don't separate.

HAPPY NEW YEAR MY LOVES!!!

I know, it’s already February but it still feels like a new year. Happy New Month! 2020 came and went just like that. It had been a tough year with all the pandemic issues that we had to deal with. I thought that now that we are quarantined, I would have the chance to cook dozens of meals but I guess the inspiration was lackluster to the point I was always happy that there were left overs. No need to cook. I hope this year will be a bit better and hoping for the best. So to start us off, ill share with you my top 30 recipes on my YouTube channel. My channel has officially crossed 6,000 subscribers with 500, 000 overall views! It’s something small to celebrate because when I started my channel I was a bit scared about not receiving feedback or people not watching the content, but thank you guys for your interactions, comments and even views, you are my MVPs! Which recipe was your favourite on my blog and on my channel? What would you like me to cook this year? What content would you like me to add on my YouTube channel? RED VELVET CRINKLE COOKIES

I saw these delicious cookies and I knew I had to try them. They looked so fluffy and soft that I feel in love with them. I love anything red velvet so you do not have to sell me twice about these sweet morsels. Perfect for Valentines' Day, Christmas or any holiday that your heart is set on. As far as cookies go, I think this is my favourite, coming a close second to chocolate cookies, that reminds me, this year I have to make them! I always enjoy the store bought ones but it is time I filled my house with the sweet aroma of baking cookies. I cannot wait, especially now that I have moved into my own house, so excited to try out the recipes I have been postponing for too long. I even have some recipes that are in draft form for 2018! What? All 68 of them, just waiting to be created. This beginning of the year will be the time to finish any left over recipes on my blog and develop new ones. Meanwhile, enjoy the video that I made on my YOU TUBE channel below. Leave a comment and let me know what you love about red velvet cookies.

BLUEBERRY LEMON MUFFINS

Blueberries are those fruits thata are usually in season at different times of the year so whenever they come around I am always looking for ways to make use of them. If I am not eating them then I am cooking with them. Today I tried baking Blueberry lemon muffins. I love the purple color that oozes into the muffins as the blueberries burst as they bake. These muffins turned out fluffy and light, totally perfect!
