Day 2 of my 7 Day Infused Water Challenge is here! Today I am combining Watermelon and Cilantro. Cilantro is also known as Coriander and it has amazing benefits to your overall health. Cilantro treats skin inflamation, mouth ulcers, reduces high cholesteral levels and anemia. The vegetable also helps to treat indigestion, menstral disorders, skin disorders and blood sugar disorders. Day 1: PINEAPPLE JALAPENO WATER-1/2 Bunch Cilantro
-1 Cup Watermelon
-2 Cups water or more
Method
Chop up the Watermelon, leave the seeds intact
-Roughly chop up the Cilantro this will ensure that their juices seep into the water
-Take the Cilantro. Drop the Cilantro leaves into the Glass/Pitcher/Mason Jar
-Take a handful of the Watermelon. Drop them into the Glass/Pitcher/Mason Jar
Fill the Glass/Pitcher/Mason Jar with water
-Gently stir the mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before using or overnight for best fruit infusion
7 DAYS INFUSED WATER CHALLENGE DAY 2 - WATERMELON CILANTRO WATER
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Watermelon
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 Cups Water
Instructions
-Thoroughly wash your Fruit and Vegetable to remove any dirt, dust, fertilizer chemicals or bugs-Chop up the Watermelon to your desired size-Roughly chop the Cilantro-Add the Watermelon and Cilantro to the Glass/ Pitcher/ Mason Jar-Pour water to fill up the Glass/ Pitcher/ Mason Jar and refrigerate for several hours until ready to use or refrigerate overnight
