Day 3 of the 7-Day Infused Water Challenge features Blueberry and Orange Water, a vibrant, antioxidant-rich infusion that boosts hydration with a burst of citrus and berry flavor.  This refreshing challenge continues. I can genuinely say I am pleasantly surprised. I am enjoying this journey so much. It is only Day 3. I already find myself reaching for infused water more often than I ever did for plain water. There is something so simple yet transformative about infusing fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs into water. The change is subtle but significant. It completely shifts the drinking experience from something mundane to something exciting. It becomes refreshing and flavorful. It also encourages me to stay hydrated throughout the day without it feeling like a chore.
