Try This Chocolate Rum-soaked Raisins Mango Lassi

Indulge in a unique Rum & Raisin Chocolate Mango Lassi! A delicious fusion of tropical mango, rich chocolate, and rum-soaked raisins for a creamy, flavorful treat. I think Lassis are the best thing to happen to dessert drinks. So easy to make and delicious as well. Lassis come in many different flavors that I would really like to try. Some are sweet, others salty, some include herbs like mint and most have fruit as the main ingredients. Today I give you a twist to the traditional Mango Lassi. A Lassi is basically just a yogurt based mango milkshake or a smoothie is you will. You can even add spices like Cardamon, Nutmeg or even Cinnamon. The fruits can be canned, fresh or frozen, if using frozen then you do not really need to add ice cubes. I wanted to up the flavor of the Mango Lassi by adding my favorite chocolate, Rum&Raisin Dairyland Chocolate!

Coconut Chapati Recipe – Soft & Flaky East African Flatbread

Soft and flavorful coconut chapati made with fresh coconut and whole wheat flour. A perfect side for curries or a light, wholesome meal on its own. I think if I had my way, I would eat chapati every day of my life for the rest of it. Somehow, Chapati never gets old! I always find ways to make Chapati that much more delicious and addictive, not that it needs any upgrade. I have always loved coconut, whether I am using it in drinks, rice, or just munching on it raw as I grate, hence today's recipe of Coconut Chapati. My memories of coconuts date back to when my mom used to buy lots of coconuts and cook it in pilaf rice. We had that traditional coconut grater that was made of wood. You would sit on it and pup half the coconut on a blade that was at the front and grate away. It was always fun, and we all looked forward to most weekends that we got the chance to do that. So take coconut and add Chapati, and you have a match made in heaven. The coconut made the dough so soft that it was easy to knead and did not take too much time to rest. As you cook the Chapati, you will be warmed up by the sweet aroma of coconut that emanates from the Chapati being cooked. So far I have made dhania chapati, wholewheat chapati, and plain chapati.

Cookies n Cream Ice Cream, Easy Homemade Recipe

Make creamy, rich Cookies n Cream ice cream at home with just a few ingredients. No-churn recipe perfect for dessert lovers and Oreo fans Whoop! Whoop! So excited to be sharing my first homemade Ice Cream and not just any Ice Cream but my very favorite... Cookies N Cream! Ice Cream is just the best dessert in the world! Psst, Don't tell anyone, it's our little secret 😉😉😉... I have always wanted to give this recipe a try since it's always great when you can make your own desserts. I decided to go one step at a time. So the first is that I had to make my own condensed milk , but you can still buy condensed milk in the shops. The best part of this homemade Cookies n' Cream Ice Cream is that it needs only three ingredients to make, which you can get easily, so there really is no excuse why you should not be making Ice Cream almost daily. Homemade Ice cream is great because you get the chance to experiment with different flavors that might not be available in the market.
