CARAMELIZED BANANAS

Hey Lovelies,
Today's recipe is a simple yet very delicious caramelized bananas that can be stuffed in crepes, topped on pancakes, cereals or even ice cream! This is a decadent dessert that you can whip up in a few minutes and only requires 3 ingredients. Bananas are always in season through out the year so take advantage of that and eat them differently. I used the caramelized bananas to stuff my crepes and I must say delicious is an understatement. The crepes were just on another level! I love simple desserts that you can make fast and requure little labour so that you can spend all your effort on devouring your treat.I have made caramelized Apples before and I am loving, really loving cooking fruits to give them extra extra flavour, not that fruits need anything extra. Bananas are very sweet, add sugar and butter and you have total delicious Heaven without much effort. Give them a try and let me know how addicted you are to caramelized bananas.

CARAMELIZED APPLES

caramelized-apples-nairobi-kitchen-recipe

Want to make a quick sweet dessert that you can add to your breakfast? Why not try Caramelized Apples. A delicious, comforting dessert that will have you asking for more. Caramelized apples can be used to stuff Crepes, making them a lovely accompaniment. They can be used as toppings for Pancakes, Parfaits and can even be eaten plain the way they are. I used Red Apples, but you can use Green Apples which will give you that tangy sweet flavour. Caramelized Apples are a great way to end or start your day. They will warm you up and the sweetness will give you that sweet tooth satisfaction. These Caramelized Apples are not overly sweet, you can add more or less sugar according to your taste. You can also use honey to make these Caramelized Apples and they will still taste great, maybe even better. Their texture is soft and they just almost dissolve in your mouth when you are eating them.Yum!
