Day 2 of my detox juice cleans continues with Blueberry Cabbage juice. Blueberries are low in calories but high in nutrients. Blueberries are the King of antioxidant foods. Blueberries are believed to have one of the highest antioxidant levels of all common fruits and vegetables. Blueberries protect cholesterol in your blood from becoming damaged. Purple cabbage contains an impressive amount of nutrients. One cup (89 grams) of chopped, raw, purple cabbage contains the following nutrients: Calories, Protein, Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Potassium, Thiamine and Riboflavin. - 1/2 Medium Red Cabbage
- 1 Large Cucumber, peeled
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Large Apple
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
- Begin by finely chopping the red cabbage for easy blending.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into manageable chunks.
- Core and slice the apple.
- Toss the chopped cabbage, cucumber, blueberries, and apple into your blender.
- Add water to facilitate the blending process.
- Blend until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Strain the juice for a smoother texture.
- Pour the vibrant mixture into a glass and get ready to invigorate your senses.

- Tropical Twist. For a taste of the tropics, swap the apple for a ripe mango. The sweetness of mango blends seamlessly with the tartness of blueberries.
- Citrus Zing. Add a splash of citrus by including a peeled orange. It not only enhances the flavor but also adds an extra kick of vitamin C.

Blend until smooth
Sieve (optional) I prefer to drink as is because of the fiber that is in the juice
