Welcome to MugCake Monday! So excited you have no idea. I've decided instead of just randomly posting Mug Cake recipes, I should dedicate a day for it. And what better day than Monday! You know, start the week on a high! If I could I would make Mug Cakes daily but we all know that's not healthy. So to cater to my sweet cakes cravings, I think once a week is enough 'crosses fingers' so help me be disciplined 😊😁.This week I have chosen to go all 'healthy' by choosing to use Lemons. I've never used Lemon so I wanted to give it a go. Just a simple Lemon Rind Mug Cake, nothing fancy or at all complicated. If it works out then we are good to go! It worked out great!
