- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence

Cooking Directions
- In a large mixing bowl add and sieve the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix briefly until blended
- In a medium bowl whisk together the wet ingredients, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla essence. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until a smooth batter is formed, don’t be afraid of a few lumps

- On medium high heat, add a ladleful or ¼ cup of pancake batter on nonstick pan and allow the pancakes to cooks without any disturbance until small bubbles start to appear on top. Once the surfaces has become shiny/ silky flip the pancake and cook the second side until golden brown
- Repeat until all the batter has finished. You can serve the pancakes with chocolate, maple syrup or whipped cream, or ice cream
