SAUSAGE BREAKFAST POTATOES


I love breakfast that is EXTRA, and this sausage breakfast potato recipe is EXTRA! You don't always have to eat a boring or regular 'ol breakfast, they say eat breakfast like a King, so why not go all out with your morning meal. I have lately grown in love with veggetables especially crunchy ones that are crispy. I must admit growing up I was never really a fun of vegetables, since the memories I have is mushy soft vegetables that were bland. Now knowing how to make them delicious my taste has evolved and I always include them in my daily meals. Cheers to adulting!

INGREDIENTS

4 Large Potatoes
2 Cooked Sausages
1 Teaspoon Garam Marsala
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Onions
1 Cup Carrots blanched
1/8 Teaspoon Salt

METHOD


Fry sausages until browned and cooked


Chop potatoes into cubes, add to pan with 3 tablespoons oil


Fry the potatoes until golden brown and almost cooked


Add salt in the pan


Add garam marsala spice


Add black pepper


Add chopped onions


Fry onions until softened


Add chopped sausages


Add blanched carrots


Fry the carrots a few minutes


The carrots should still be crunchy


I served mine with an omelette and black tea

Ingredients
