CUMIN MARSALA PORK


Yeeeei! Second PORK recipe! Sips red wine...I love vibrant colors and mixed peppers add that brightness to this dish.

INGREDIENTS


1 Kg Pork
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garam Marsala
1 Cup Onion
2 Cups Tomatoes
1 Cup Mixed Pepper (Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers)
Pinch Salt

METHOD


Add cleaned chopped pork to dry pan


Continuously fry the pork in the pan


Cook the pork until the water starts to evaporate


Continue dry frying the pork


Let fat start to render from the pork and fry until golden brown and crispy


Add chopped onions


Fry the onions


Until they have softened and slightly browned


Add chopped tomatoes


Fry the tomatoes until they turn to paste like


Add ground cumin


Add black pepper


Add salt


Add mixed peppers (red, yellow, green bell peppers)


Stir fry the veggies a few minutes


Thats deliciousness right there


Serve immediately


You can serve with ugali, rice or even chapati
