FAQs: Juicy Teriyaki Marinated Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Juicy Teriyaki Marinated Baked Chicken Drumsticks are a flavorful and tender chicken dish featuring drumsticks marinated in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce made with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a hint of sweetness from honey or brown sugar. The marinade infuses the meat with rich umami flavors while tenderizing it for a juicy bite.

Baking the drumsticks in the oven instead of frying ensures a healthier preparation while still achieving a beautifully caramelized glaze. The chicken skin becomes crisp during baking, while the inside remains moist and tender.

This dish pairs well with steamed rice, stir-fried vegetables, or a fresh salad, making it a versatile option for both weeknight dinners and special occasions. The marinade can be adjusted for spiciness by adding chili flakes or sriracha.

Leftovers can be reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness or enjoyed cold in salads or wraps.
