I love stir-fries, especially chicken stir-fries. Yesterday I looked inside my fridge and saw some leftover uncooked chicken breasts. Immediately, I started thinking of what to make and the idea of a chicken stir fry popped into my mind. Looking for a quick and tasty dinner? This Honey Soy Sauce Chicken Breast Stir Fry is the perfect answer! Juicy chicken breasts are cooked to perfection and coated in a delicious honey-soy glaze, paired with colorful veggies for a balanced meal. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s a family-friendly dish that brings big flavor without fuss. I have made two chicken curries before, so I wanted something different, delicious yet unique. 

So I began to rack my brain about what combinations I would use. I love how this honey soy sauce combo just turned out to be delicious! Honey gives the chicken a smooth sweetness, and soy sauce gives the chicken a salty tartness that balances out well with the honey. Spices added complete this awesome chicken stir fry! INGREDIENTS



2 Chicken Breasts
2 Carrots
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

INSTRUCTIONS


Chop the chicken breasts into thin long strips. Add the strips onto a heated pan non stick pan


Cook thechicken breast strips untill all the juices have dried up


Once the chicken breast has browned, add salt to taste


Add cayenne pepper to the chicken for a spicy flavor


Add cumin spice to the mix


Add chopped into strips green bell pepper, carrots and onions


Into the chicken mixture goes the soy sauce which adds a salty tanginess to the chiken stir fry


For a sweet texture and taste add the honey to the chicken


Toss the ingredient together and cook for a few minutes. You want your vegetables still crunchy. Take from heat and serve immediately

Ingredients
