Not only because it is the chance to start over but its a New DECADE guys! 10 years have just gone by and now we start a whole other new 10 years! Can you believe that? 2019 has been a great year and I can do nothing but thank God for keeping me this far. Last year was awesome, not only because I finally started my YOUTUBE channel and got my first 1,000 subscribers in four months!🤗😊 but Nairobi Kitchen got its first catering gig for 150 plus people! INGREDIENTS2 Cups Cold Whipping/Heavy Cream
1/2 Cups Cold Cup Condensed Milk
3 Tablespoons Strawberry Sauce
METHOD
Add the cold whipping cream to a bowl
With electric beater, start beating the whipping/ heavy cream
These are soft peaks, keep beating for another 3 minutes
Beat until you get stiff peaks
Your cream is ready when you can turn the bowl upside down and the cream does not pour out
Add in the condensed milk
Carefully fold until well combined, ensure you do not over mix to avoid removing all the air out that you beat in
Add in the strawberry sauce
Here if you have fresh strawberries you can add in too chopped
Fold in the strawberry sauce until well combined
Pour the strawberry ice cream into a freezer safe container and freeze for minimun 6 hours up to overnight
The strawberry ice cream has set after freezing overnight
Use ice cream scoop
I love the small chunky bits of strawberries in the ice cream
Soft luscious strawberry ice cream
Serve ice cream in individual bowls
