Chicken Liver Sausage Stir Fry Noodles


This is such an easy delicious noodles dish that will soon become a family favourite. I love stir fry noodles since they are infused with lots of flavour especially when you add spices. I had some chicken liver from a whole chicken that we cooked earlier so was trying to find out what I can do with them. I needed a quick lunch so it was a perfect pairing. 

INGREDIENTS

1 Pack Noodles
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 Chicken Liver
2 Sausages Cooked
Pinch Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garam Marsala
1 Bunch Cilantro

METHOD


Add noodles to boiling water


Cook noodles exactly 3 minutes, you want the noodles not to over cook


Drain water from noodles and set aside


Add chopped liver to pan with oil


Fry the liver until crisp


Add chopped red onions


Fry until onions softened


Add chopped cooked sausage


Fry sausage in mix 3 minutes


Add red pepper flakes


Add black pepper


Add garam marsala


Add salt


Stir fry 3 minutes


Add cooked drained noodles



Toss to mix the ingredients


Add chopped green bell pepper, toss to mix


Sprinkle cilantro ontop


Serve immediately

Ingredients
  • 1 Pack Noodles
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper

Cooking Directions
