I'm totally loving this #AvocadoAugust theme idea, it's giving me great ideas of getting out of the box when it comes to cooking especially using Avocado as the main ingredient. Hope you are having as much fun as I am bringing you delicious Avo recipes . One of the best ever dips that I always enjoy especially with grilled meat is Guacamole. This is a very favorite dip for most people who enjoy grilling season since it is simple to whip up and needs very little ingredients. I have made it before but this time I wanted to give it that extra ooomph! I needed to add a crunchy element to this dish so I thought, why not add bacon? Bacon is one of those tasty breakfast options that you can add to any other food especially if you want that crunchy salty taste to your food. I promise you, you won't have Guac any other way when you taste this crunchy bacon recipe that's unforgettable. The best thing about making Guacamole is that you can choose to make it as simple as you want or as complex as you fancy.
