Day 6 of my 7 Day Infused Water Challenge is here! So excited with today's infused water combination. Refreshing Water Melon and Hot Spicy Jalapeno. Delicious! The carotenoids present in Watermelon help prevent the hardening of arteries and veins, thereby also helping reduce the risk of blood clots and atherosclerosis. Watermelon Reduces Insulin Resistance. -1/4 Water Melon
-1 Jalapeno Pepper
-2 Cups Water

Method


Wash the Watermelon and Jalapeno before cutting. Chop the water melon

-Chop the Jalapeno. You can remove the seeds or leave them inside

-Take the Jalapeno, add to the mason jar

-And Watermelon to mason jar

-Mix the watermelon and jalapeno pepper

-Pour water to fill up the glass jar

-Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours before taking. Overnight refrigeration is the best

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Piece Watermelon
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Cups Water
Instructions
-Wash the Watermelon and Jalapeno Pepper before chopping-Chop the Watermelon-Chop the Jalapeno Pepper-Add the Watermelon and Jalapeno Pepper into a mason jar and fill the jar with water-Refrigerate the Watermelon and Jalapeno Pepper Water for a minimum 2 hours or overnight
