-1 Large Avocado
-1 Cup Red Onions
-1 Cup Tomatoes
-1 Teaspoon Salt
-1/2 Cup Corriander
-1 Green Jalapeno Peppper
-1 Tablespoon Cummin Spice
-1 Lemon
-1 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
Method
-Chop the Onion, Tomatoes, Avocado, Corriander, and Green Jalapeno Pepper
-Arrange them in a bowl
-How beautiful are those bright vegetables. They just jump at you, eat me!
-Put the Avocado in a medium bowl and mash it using a fork. For the Guacamole you can mash the Avocado as fine as you want or you can make it chunky
-Add Salt to the mashed Avocado
-Sprinkle the Cumin Spice
-Add the Chilli Flakes
-Add the Green Jalapeno Peppers
-Pour Red Onions into the mixture
-The Red Tomatoes goes in next
-Last but not least, the Coriander goes in
-Mix up the ingredients with the Avocado. Taste to see if Salt is enough and add more if not satisfied
-Squeeze Lemon Juice into the Guacamole Dip. Apart from adding a zingy flavor to the Guacamole Dip, Lemon helps to prevent the Avocado from turning black as you wait to use it
-Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for a few minutes if you are eating it immediately or several hours if it is for later
-This Jalapeno Guacamole can be eaten with Chips, Crisps, or even raw vegetables. Or, on its own, yummyness in a bowl😄
