So today I am doing a Recipe Book Review from this book that we have had it in our family for ages. The edges are a bit tattered so you can imagine I have been using it for a while. Most of the recipes I have cooked are desserts, bread and simple salads. I am yet to try out most of the recipes which are just awesome. My favorite from this Recipe Book is Rock Cakes. Recipes in this Cookbook are simple to follow with clear instructions of the recipes. There are plenty of footnotes at the bottom of each recipe to explain some of the procedures and give tips on the best way to get the most out of the recipes. Some tips also describe the techniques used, there is also calorie count for those who are concerned with healthy eating, the book includes vegetarian meals to cater for vegans.
