I always wanted to try foil pack recipes! They had been trending last year and they are still on this year. There are so many variations of foil pack recipes so wanted to try something simple and fast for that quick lunch! This meal is vibrant, colorful and spicy too! Loved the aroma of the spice mix!

MARSALA EGG CURRY
I had egg curry at my friend's house once and I loved it so I decided to make my own and it turned out great. Egg curries are pretty easy to cook, and the best part is that you can add whatever spices and herbs that you want. Perfect for lunch or even dinner as a side dish with rice.

I'm loving smoothies right now not only because they are healthy but delicious too! Beetroot is not really every persons cup of tea, most guys I know do not like beets. Since I made the blueberry sorbet and mango sorbet, I have been thinking about trying out another flavour! So here goes the newest sorbet in town, WATERMELON SORBET! For this sorbet, I wanted to add some creamy element so I added some milk. You can add yoghurt or blend without it, the sorbet will still be very delicious!

Worcestershire Sauce, I never really know how to pronouce that name. But this sauce is very much a part of my kitchen pantry. This is because it is a staple used for marinades and as a condiment. The sauce is also a key ingredient in making bloody mary cocktail. Worcestershire sauce is made from vinegar and flavored with onions, anchovies, garlic, molasses, tamarind plus other seasonings.
